Marina Grand is India’s first urban yacht marina project on the banks of river Hooghly very close to the main city centre of Kolkata.
The project has a yacht berthing capability of 50, a 6lakh sqft of residential development and a highly privileged Yacht club.
The residential spaces are large and have a resort like ambience.
The amenities include double height river balconies, sound proof AV rooms, Optic fibre to home, Jacuzzi in master bedroom, modular kitchen and VRF air conditioning.
Although it is positioned as a second home it is so close to the city centre that it can become your first home as well.

The marina is a full service marina with 50 berths. It has fuel lines, fresh water supplies and shore power for the boats. A capitniere will be the central command center for boats on water.

The yacht club will have 10 boats of different sizes for chartering to destinations or day cruising. Once you are back from your yachting activity, there is a 40000 sqft club waiting to pamper you. A temperature controlled pool, 10000sqft indoor sports arena, high end spa, a pub, 24hrs coffee shop are some of the club amenities.
